A: Thank you for your attention! The procedure is quite simple. You need to choose the necessary medication from the catalogue and click the button. In the following window, choose the amount of medicine you need and click . You will see a form where you should place the order information. Check every field, confirm the pills quantity and click . If everything has gone fine, you will immediately see the order acceptance notification in front of you. Also, the order confirmation message will be e-mailed to you automatically; it is very important for further co-operation, so let us know if you have not received the letter within 10 minutes. We will resend it gladly.
Q: What are the payment methods you accept?
A: Credit card, e-check and bank wire transfer.
Q: I'd like to pay by the wire method, then. How do I do it and how will it influence the procession of my order?
A: After you've choosen the desired medication, check the wire payment box on the Checkout page, fill in the order form as usual and click on the button. If you have inserted all the necessary information correctly, the next page you see will be the order confirmation message containing the address where you should send the wire. You need to complete this task within 48 hours from the moment of receiving the order confirmation text. It will take the payment 3 to 5 days to get to us, and as soon as we receive it we shall send your purchase out.
Q: When will you charge my credit card?
A: As soon as you submit the form from the Checkout page to us, all the infor is transmitted to the processing centre where we check it, and where thus the credit cards are charged. We approve your order and proceed working with it as soon as the payment is authorized.
Q: I have some concerns about placing my credit card information at your site. Can I be sure it's safe?

Q: Will you ship to my area?
A: We will ship to any contry of the world, with the tiny exception of several countries in Asia.
Q: Where will the parcel come from?
A: From India, since all the medications we sell from our site are manufactured there.
Q: What packages do you use? Will I have to give my signature in order to receive the parcel?
A: As we value your medical privacy to the highest extent, you will receive your order in a discrete envelope that you will find in your post office/mail box. If you choose Standard Mail as the means of shipment, you will not have to sign for the parcel.
Q: The means of shipment? Do you use several?
A: Right now we can offer two!
1. Courier Service: the great benefit of this postal service is that you can track the progress of your order towards your area. You will find the tracking number in the Track Order section of your account right after the order is shipped.
2. Standard International Airmail: the packages sent through this service cannot be tracked, which is probably the only downfall of SIA.
