Directions: : Wind approximately 18 inches of floss around your middle fingers. Holding the floss with your thumbs and index fingers to create desired tension. Gently bring floss between your teeth and down below the gum line of each tooth pulling floss in upward motion along the side of each tooth. We realize the last two or three feet of floss may tangle. We have allowed extra floss to compensate for this possibility. Pulling floss slowly toward the end of supply will help eliminate tangling.
