Directions: : Before peeling off each cushion's self-adhesive backing, determine the proper position for the product in your footwear. You can test this by placing each cushion along the back rim of the heel area in each shoe, as shown in the graphic below. If desired, use scissors to carefully trim the product for a custom fit. Remove the self-adhesive backings and firmly press the cushions against the inside of your shoes for permanent placement Care: Product may be wiped with a clean, slightly-damp cloth. Allow the product and footwear to air dry completely before reuse. Warnings: Non-sterile product. Do not use over open wounds. Discontinue use immediately if product causes discomfort, irritation, numbness or pain. If you have diabetes or poor circulation, you should inspect your feet regularly and discuss abnormalities with your physician.
