Liquid Bandage Uses Nexcare Liquid Bandage is a fast setting, quick drying adhesive (cyanoacrylate) that is applied directly to the wound to form a breathable, water-resistant shield that keeps out dirt and germs. Covers minor cuts, scrapes and skin irritations. Good for hard-to-cover places. Heavy duty. For small cuts. Directions: 1. Pierce foil seal on tube by grasping crimped end, holding away from body with threaded end upright. Screw cap tightly on tube. 2. Clean and dry affected area. Do not apply ointment, cream or lotion. 3. Apply a drop of Liquid Bandage to wound. For areas requiring precision application, first apply Liquid Bandage to swab, then use swab to seal the wound. Repeat as necessary to cover entire wound. 4. Do not touch liquid until dry (approximately 30-60 seconds). 5. Close tube tightly after use. 6. Repeat application as needed. Removal: Product wears off naturally as skin heals. If necessary to remove sooner, wash or soak with warm soapy water. Petroleum jelly, baby oil or mineral oil can help loosen the bond. Repeat if needed.
Warnings: Do not use on face. Take special care to keep away from eyes. Do not allow treated area to contact other skin surfaces or objects until product dries (approximately 30-60 seconds). Liquid can run easily to unintended areas and bonds skin instantly. For areas requiring precision application, use a swab for better control. Do not use this product if you are allergic to cyanoacrylate. Do not use on burns or wounds with active signs of infection. In case of deep or puncture wounds, animal bites or serious burns, consult a doctor. For external use only. Make sure this product is kept well out of the reach of children. When applying liquid bandage to children, do not allow their fingers to contact treated area until liquid has dried. Avoid spilling on furniture, counter surfaces or clothes. Immediately wipe up excess or spilled liquid.
